Depending on the product, the bases are either made of reinforced frosted glass or sturdy brushed aluminium. The removable lids are made from smooth stainless steel. Most of our refills come in recyclable paper-based cartons. We like them because they use up to 98% less plastic than regular bathroom bottles. Our cartons are kerbside recycled in most of the UK (and soon, all of the UK). Our toothpaste refill pouches are made from recycled plastic. Unlike our refill cartons, they’re not kerbside recycled. But don’t worry, we’ll give you a free returns envelope so you can send them back to us to be properly recycled.

We designed our default refill frequencies so that you don’t run out or have lots leftover, but you can easily change your frequency in your account.
